Sometimes buyers (& agents) create assumptions about the real estate sales transaction. Often if it’s hard to get into property buyers and agents assume the seller isn’t motivated to sell a property.
This can be very untrue.
There can be all different types of situations where a seller cannot accommodate your specific timing. It doesn’t mean they are not motivated to sell. Being a little more flexible with your own schedule will allow you to get into some of the best and hottest properties as soon as they hit the market. The main point is don’t make assumptions just based on scheduling conflicts, as the buyer, you will rarely know the entire story, and if someone has their property on the market, ultimately the intention is to sell it.
